The Single Beam Freestall Mounting System features a state-of-the-art, patented mounting design. This time-tested and proven stall is praised by dairies worldwide. Constructed with heavy-duty materials, it offers supreme versatility and excellent stall usage. Single Beam Systems yield cleaner stalls, as cows lay straighter.
Features & Benefits
Maximum cow comfort – use with any bedding system – Sofmat® systems, sand, mattresses, or manure solids. Cows enjoy unobstructed lunge space and the height and width of the stall can be adjusted at any time.
Easy installation – designed to work in any application – pipe mount (no attachment to the floor is necessary), wood mount (no concrete work is required), or steel column mount (can be installed in new or existing buildings). Single beam mounting systems can span up to 12 feet, eliminating or reducing the need for intermediate posts. No concrete work is necessary, therefore, it is an excellent choice for remodeling.
Flexible design – works well for all breeds of dairy cattle, including youngstock. Adjustable stall width and neck rail height give dairies complete flexibility. Single or double row design is available and the system is adaptable to 3 row, 4 row, 6 row, or any style freestall barn.
Cushion cross clamp – innovative, patent-pending design provides extreme durability. Rubber insert separates and cushions the pipes, preventing distortion. Clamps stay tight, reducing freestall maintenance.
