Tinedale Farms

Upgrades Built for Cow Comfort, Ventilation, and Daily Efficiency

At Tinedale Farms in Wrightstown, Wisconsin, we completed a series of upgrades designed to help a large dairy facility perform better every day. For an operation milking more than 5,000 cows daily, details like ventilation, traction, manure handling, and cow movement play a major role in keeping the facility clean, efficient, and comfortable for the herd. Through our work, we helped improve key areas of the farm with practical solutions that support better barn conditions and smoother daily operation.

Our work included installing KRAIBURG Cirrus interlocking floor mats in the holding area and return lane, completing concrete work and manure line preparation, adding Agro Air Dynamics barn fans and roller shutters for tunnel ventilation, installing two Patz IntelliChain MAX scraper units in the new barn addition, and setting Agro Air Dynamics Cyclone recirculating fans in place to improve airflow. Together, these upgrades helped Tinedale Farms improve cow comfort, support cleaner and more efficient barn management, and maintain strong day-to-day performance across a large-scale dairy operation.

Tinedale Farms Project Specs

  • KRAIBURG Rubber Flooring
    • At Tinedale Farms we installed KRAIBURG Cirrus 3/4" rubber flooring for their holding area and return lane. Cirrus is dairy rubber flooring that you can drive one.
  • Concrete work including manure line installation
    • At Tinedale Farms we completed concrete work including manure line installation to help prepare the new barn addition for the next phases of the project and support day-to-day operation.
  • Tunnel ventilation including exhaust fans and roller shutters
    • At Tinedale Farms we installed Agro Air Dynamics barn fans with roller shutters for new tunnel ventilation. The roller shutters open fully for unobstructed airflow and close tight to help keep out dust, debris, and pests while helping reduce heat loss in cooler months.
  • Cyclone fans installation
    • At Tinedale Farms we installed Agro Air Dynamics Cyclone recirculating fans to help improve airflow in the new holding area. These barn fans use adjustable deflectors to direct air where it is needed for more consistent ventilation and cow comfort throughout the space.
  • Two Patz Intellichain MAX scraper units in new barn addition
    • At Tinedale Farms we installed two Patz IntelliChain MAX alley scraper units in the new barn addition to support efficient manure handling. IntelliChain MAX is built for long-pull performance with a total circuit up to 3,600 feet and is designed to support cow comfort, herd health, and dependable day-to-day operation.
